With ideas we grow - Training Course

We're thrilled to announce our next international training program - With Ideas We Grow!
Taking place in March in San Vito Lo Capo, this 6-day course will bring together 28 youth workers from across Europe to share skills and visions for empowering rural youth. Through hands-on workshops, cultural exchange and collaborative projects, participants will learn new tools for fostering creativity, entrepreneurship and well-being in their home communities.

The program focuses on design thinking methodologies, business skills for social impact, and nature-based education. Youth workers will gain practical experience applying these approaches through local follow-up activities supporting young entrepreneurs.
