The Multifaceted Impacts of Colonization

❗️CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS❗️
We are looking for participants from Germany🇩🇪 (residence is enough), who have an interest in

🏝️understanding and addressing the historical and current challenges faced by the Caribbean region due to colonial exploitation and climate change.

🌡️gaining awareness of the disproportionate effects of climate change on the Caribbean, including the annual rise in sea levels threatening coastal regions and ecosystems.

🌳exploring the transformation of the Caribbean primary forests into plantations and the resulting ecological changes and biodiversity loss.

🗺️enhancing teamwork, effective communication and the ability to discern correlations and cause-and-effect sequences of the climate change on the economy.

👫WHO: 5 Participants (18 to 30 years old)
1 Team leader (without age limit)
🏠WHERE: Curaçao, Caribbean🇨🇼
📅WHEN: 12th March to 23rd March 2024
✅Accommodation, All meals, and Travel costs are 100% covered
