Mind & Motion Project in Hungary

Date: 2 – 12 April (+2 additional days for traveling by van)

Start a 7-day Youth Exchange program focused on enhancing your mental and physical well-being. Engage in experiential activities, workshops, and discussions. Contribute to team activities and connect with international peers. Experience the week without alcohol, prioritizing a healthy body and mind. Join us for a journey of self-discovery and growth.

The age of the participants: 18 – 25, leader 18 + years old

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
