An innovative project designed to bridge the gaps between diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering an environment of mutual respect, understanding, and collaboration. It aims to empower individuals from various cultural identities by providing them with the tools and knowledge to navigate and appreciate the complexities of a multicultural world. Through a series of interactive workshops, engaging discussions, and collaborative projects, participants will explore the rich tapestry of global cultures, learn about the challenges and benefits of diversity, and develop strategies for effective intercultural communication. The project's ultimate goal is to create a community of leaders and change-makers who are equipped to promote inclusivity and leverage the power of diversity for social and organizational innovation.

​Accommodation: Chyka (2-bedded room)

Meal: breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided along with coffee breaks.

Travel: Travel expenses from Hungary to Bulgaria and return will be reimbursed up to max. 275 EUR (standard).
Participants can stay extra a maximum of two before or to/after the start of the project. Accommodation and meals on extra days at participants' own expense.
