“Show me your tools” is a training course that will take place in Romania between 4 and 13 december 2023 with 34 participants and 4 experts
The aim of the project is to develop professional competences for youth workers and provide them a set of tools to be used in future Erasmus + common projects

Youth hackers kit Project in Estonia

“Hopes, fears and contributions”, “fruit salad”, “mission impossible”, “speed dating”, “killer’s game”… Does that sound familiar?

The more active you become in the Erasmus+ world, the more you see how certain activities are being repeated from one project to another. It’s okay, if such approach fits the profile of participants, but what if it’s just another copy-paste without any analysis of the target group? Such attitude often results in poorly managed Erasmus+ mobilities, which could be handled much better, if real needs and accuracy of the methodology would be assessed before. Our TC “YoutHacker’s kit” comes with the main aim to encourage new generation of youth work practioners to reconsider working schedules of Erasmus+ projects built upon old-fashioned and less effective methods. Our main goal is to increase the quality of our ecological activities and to improve the effect of our work in this area by introducing creative and innovative methods and strategies. When our youth workers come back from the training, they will help us enrich the toolbox of the organisations with methods that encourage participation and they will start implementing new activities inspired by this experience. Moreover, by training and mentoring, all our team members will be taught the new creative methods

“Empower innovate” Project in Germany

“EmpowerInnovate: Inclusive Entrepreneurship for All,” is dedicated to empowering and promoting inclusive entrepreneurship. Recognizing the existing disparities in entrepreneurial resources and opportunities, particularly among marginalized communities, this initiative aims to bridge the gap. Through comprehensive training, our participants will gain a deep understanding of how to foster entrepreneurship in diverse settings, equipping them to guide the next generation of innovative minds.

New Challenges In Inclusion Approach Project in Romania

The project is designed to the understanding of new approaches in the field of inclusion of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, by interested youth workers activly involved in the inclusion field. Youth workers are coming from 10 NGOs that are experienced in inclusion working. It is focused on creating a safe and creative space for participants to share and open up and to exchange ideas and experiences. During the course the participants will gain useful competencies in working in inclusion projects.
