-Minimum one year of direct experience working with young individuals as youth workers or youth leaders.
-Prior experience in organizing non-formal education workshops.
-Previous participation in a youth exchange program or training course.
-Readiness to learn various philosophies and methodologies related to youth participation.
-Dedication to disseminate project outcomes in their local communities.
-Proficiency in understanding and expressing themselves in English.

🤗 The main aim of our project is:

Our youth exchange called ''Screen for (You)th'' will include young people who have fewer opportunities in terms of cultural, economic, and social differences, and are faced with unemployment. 6 different countries (Italy, Turkey, Greece, Finland, Czech Republic and Hungary) which have highest, middle and lowest numbers on unemployment rates will take place with 36 young people in our project.

📌 Countries: Finland, Greece, Czechia, Italy, Hungary and Turkiye

📢 Working Language: English

👥 Profile:

•20-25 age range
•High motivation towards the project
•Sufficiency in digital skills
•People who have experienced or are unexperienced in youth projects
